Daily Health Screening

Daily Health Screening

All Players, Coaches and Spectators are required to do a daily health screening before attending any practice or game that is on Blaine School District property.  This requirement comes from the Washington State Health Department.  If you can answer yes to any of the questions, please stay home.

  • Am I showing symptoms of COVID-19? or
  • I am not fully vaccinated, but have been in close contact (within six feet for 15 cumulative minutes over a 24-hour period) with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 with an antigen or molecular test in the past 14 days; or
  • I have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days or am awaiting results of a COVID 19 test due to possible exposure or symptoms and not from routine asymptomatic COVID-19 screening or surveillance testing; or
  • I have been told by a public health or medical professional to self-monitor, self-isolate, or self-quarantine because of concerns about COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days

Football Teams have been formed and information has been sent to each parent.  If you missed out on Football this year, we are so sorry!  Registration for the 2022 season will be posted in June.
